Self check-in was super easy. The host was very nice. We had bottle of cold water in the fridge.
Everything . Customer service brilliant. Maurilio, the owner, is very responsive, very helpful, happy to answer every question you might have.
Good location within walking distance to the Bosa centre. Parking is possible for free right in front of the building or in nearby streets. Good money/value ration. Self check-in.

It was clean and the bed(mattress) was so cozy.
You can without any problem find free parking around the building .
City center is near the building so you don't need to use your car.
The location, quiet neighborhood close to the center. The room was comfy, had almost everything needed and it was clean. Kids loved the bathroom. The owner was available, quick in his replies, very polite and helpful and provided valuable info for places to visit. I would definitely stay again there.
