The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful, and was always offering assistance with one thing or another. This included giving me a ride to one of the ski lifts, as well as helping me find a nearby gym, and getting me in.
The owners and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with our stay. Can’t wait to return this winter.
A wonderful classic hotel. The room was wonderful but it is the staff that makes it truly special. A very nice breakfast. Wonderful views looking over the slalom course used in the skiing World Cup.
We stayed at the Diana for 3 nights in June, 2023. We had a magical experience from beginning to end, and were sad that we had to leave. The owners are genuinely warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful with advice on hiking in the area. We were given a very high level of service. The dinners at the restaurant were excellent and they have a good selection of wines to choose from. Breakfast offered choices.
the property was stunning. limited parking but the staff took care of our car for us. they provided transfer and pick up for ski lifts too far for a comfortable walk.
