Amazing location! So close to everything. Great kitchen and nice having 2 bedrooms. Really great communication as well.

Location was great!! Super easy to get to and to access the property. Everything was clean and crisp. Will highly recommend this location and stay. Really liked having an air conditioner in each room to cool down after a hot day exploring.

In a beautiful area of Florence, around the corner from Piazza Santa Croce, which is a beautiful large piazza, so nice to have an aperitivo al fresco. We loved being so close to everything, wonderful restaurants near and the most popular Vivolo Gelato. Only down the stairs for a terrific affogato! La Dolce Vita! Our hosts were extremely attentive especially Marco, who gave us the best recommendations for sites, food and gelati. This is a four floor walk up, which was fine for us, we needed to work off the amazing food we ate all day. It was perfect, modern, comfortable and gave us that quintessential Italian experience. Se sorridi, viene meglio!

Bright, airy, clean and very comfortable. Exactly as described. Brilliant location. Lovely, responsive, and very polite staff. Air conditioning in main bedroom was not working well but this was quickly rectified.
