Excellent location. Basically across the road from the historic old town, a couple minutes walk away from Dante Metro and bus stops (not to mention Smesh Burger). Five minute walk from the funicular to St. Elmo's Castle. A small supermarket and pharmacy are a few minutes walk away also. Despite being so close to the centre the street noise is considerably low (for the most part).

The apartment itself is modern, clean and well equipped with a balcony, clothes washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, AC, TV, a nice big comfy bed (my wife thought the mattress was a bit too firm but I thought it was great) and extra pillows/blankets were available in the cupboard already so no need to hassle Mario for them.

We only had contact with Mario via WhatsApp but all correspondence from him were kind, polite and helpful.

I can't recommend this apartment more!

Located in historical center on a quite street, kitchen fully equipped with whatever you needed (we traveled with a little toddler so we needed to prepare the meals at home), modern furnished studio apartment, easy to get around to historical points.

Very good location, simple but functional studio flat with nice big windows and 2 private small balconies. The host was nice and helpful very responsive to messages.

We had a lovely stay! Mario was a great host - very helpful with the check in and always quick to respond to our messages on WhatsApp. The flat is beautiful and very well located between Centro Storico and Toledo.

Great location and super nice host. The apartment was beautiful and in middle of town. It had air conditioner/heat pump that worked perfectly. When we asked our host about extra blanket, it was behind our door first thing in the morning. The rooms were clean, had everything - shampoos, dishes, fridge etc. There were 2 balconies, one of them was perfect for small photoshoot. Escpesially nice host, who came on site when we couldn't find the correct location, always answered quickly and sent some great recommendations for eating, partying and sightseeing. Also ordered us a taxi for night we had to fly out.
