The hotel’s attention to every detail was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, always with genuine care and professionalism. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a particularly busy time (the Pope's funeral), the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed. The design of the hotel was beautiful, and the spa was truly exceptional.

From the moment you arrive this property exudes sophistication. The staff are very professional and attentive, providing outstanding service beyond my expectations. The indoor pool is stunning, such a great spot to unwind in the evenings. The attention to detail in my suite and comfort was unmatched. I loved the views overlooking the Mausoleum of Augustus. The rooftop terrace is a standout, especially during sunset. Bulgari Rome is truly a magical property and by far the best in town in terms of quality, location, dining, service and comfort in Rome. 10/10.
