Very clean and comfortable room perfect place to stay
Great location near downtown Santa Agata, literally 5 min walk to supermarket, pharmacy and ATM. Plenty of parking in same street or nearby. Very clean and super spacious apartment and bathroom. Room had nice air conditioning unit but the walls provided good insulation from heat/cold outside. Large TV and mini refrigerator in the room are great to relax and store leftovers. The bed was very comfortable. The owner is super helpful and responds almost immediately. He provided fresh chocolate-filled croissants every morning and even helped us with luggage. This was our second time here and we already look forward to the next.
The property was very clean and the location was good. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets. I was very happy I rate this property 10/10.

The property is in the city centre of Sant'Agata Bolognese, the bedroom is big and with a nice bathroom. The owner is extremely friendly and tries to accomodate every request. Overall a great experience
