The location was incredible - right next to a tabaccheria for bus tickets. The space was clean and well-equipped, and I loved how much like home it felt. The hostess was the very best part!! I learned I had lost my passport when I checked in, and she worked so hard to help me contact the bus station and post office and to stay positive. She even helped me make a report at the police station. I can't think of ever having a host that went so above and beyond in this way. During a time that is stressful and inconvenient, I felt cared for and supported far from home. I am so grateful.

The property owner was very accommodating, punctual and helpful in providing all necessary information to make our stay most enjoyable. The apartment is brand new, clean, extremely tidy and comfortably furnished with every possible amenity like large TV screen, optimal heating system and excellent kitchen equipment including free snacks and refreshments. As a wrap up I would say it was a stay in a lodging designed to make us feel as rested as possible.
