We had a great one‑week stay at Casa D’Amare. The host is super friendly and kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The home is in a quiet neighborhood yet within a pleasant walking distance to downtown, the ferry terminal, and the train station. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. The house is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. For longer stays like ours, having a washing machine for our clothes made everything much more comfortable. The kitchen is small but functional, perfect for preparing simple meals. The bed mattress is very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after exploring the city. Another highlight for us was the internet — 1 Gbps both download and upload, the fastest we’ve experienced in Italy so far! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Salerno.

An Unforgettable Stay – Thank You Marco! Firstly, a huge thank you to the owner, Marco – his customer service is truly second to none. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome, even carrying all our heavy luggage up the stairs without hesitation. Unfortunately, my father became unwell during our stay. When I asked Marco if there was a nearby medical centre, I was blown away by his kindness and initiative. He personally arranged for a doctor to visit us, and every single day, he checked in to see how my father was doing and whether we needed anything at all. The accommodation itself was absolutely wonderful – spotlessly clean with stunning views of the port. It was the perfect place to relax, made even better by Marco’s exceptional care and attention. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you again, Marco – YOU ARE THE BEST!

Pleasant comfortable airy apartment overlooking the marina. Safe neighborhood. Apartment in an historic building. Comfortable beds. Excellent air conditioning for sleeping. Great fun to watch the boats and ships come and go from balcony. Perfect location to explore old town Salerno and waterfront. We walked everywhere. You can also catch the city busses in a short walk. Marco is great and quick to respond.

Location was perfect! Had everything we needed and more, walked everywhere, including a little amazing coffee shop, very clean, beautiful views, host so helpful and responsive, would definitely stay again and hope to!
