I had initial concerns because I could hear the host's family (shared wall) from the kitchen and bathroom area of the apartment (shared wall with host's apartment), but it never disturbed my sleep, so all is good. It's a 15 minute walk to town (downhill) and an uphill slog to get back, but there are free parking places you can find in town if you don't want to walk or you don't want to drive and leave you car in the paid car parks. Apartment is large and comfortable, is in a beautiful setting and is, mostly , quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at Gioia. We had everything we needed the same as full support from the owners. The place is a great spot to discover the Chianti region. We wish to come back one day. Thank you Gioia

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. Super fresh and clean small apartment with great views. Lovely air condition and Gioia, the host, was super helpful and friendly. Short walk town to centre of Greve where there are restaurants, shops, and a wine museum. Would definitely recommend and stay at least 2 nights!
