The apartment is wonderful. It is decorated so homey and cozy. We appeciated their attention to a very CLEAN living area. We appreciated a safe, warm and inviting space. Perugia is a beautiful city. We enjoyed our visit. We would highly recommend Claudia's apartment to stay.
This is a very comfortable apartment that was perfect for my week-long stay in Perugia! It is located in a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance to Piazza IV Novembre, and even closer (6 minute walk) to a very cool, lively, arty street, Via della Viola. The apartment itself is exactly as it appears in the pictures, has everything you need in terms of kitchen and bath, and it has a really lovely view from the living room. I found myself looking out that window to just gaze at the beauty. It was spacious for me as a solo traveler, and would be comfortable for a couple. Claudia is very responsive to messages on WhatsApp. Follow all of her recommendations for restaurants (a few of them are on or off of Via della Viola)!
The host Claudia is very helpful, kind and accommodating. She gave us local tips for restaurants and bars, provided us with coffee in the flat and helped us booked a taxi to our airport. The flat also is beautiful and has an incredible view of Perugia. It is also conveniently located and only about 7 minutes walk to the center. There are also beautiful viewing points around the area. Definitely recommend this place :)
It is a cosy small apartemant directly under the roof, with interesting furniture from grandma. It was easy to get in by code.There is a possibility to park in a parkhouse, but we found also parkingplace in the nearby.
Charming appartment in the quiet part of the old city with a million dolar view. It had all that is needed for a comfortable stay, even a longer one as ours was. Very good location with a supermarket & bar & pasticceria just round the corner; 10 minute walk to the main piazza, well conected with other parts of the city... But the view...
