Super responsive owners with easy remote access and payment. Clean building and extra clean room. Nice bar with outdoor seating next door. _Super big and completely covered_ veranda with table and chair.
Very helpful and responsive host. The place was very clean and very nice. The bathroom was very spacious and the whole place looked aesthetically pleasing.
Excellent location, and although we didn't meet, communication with the host was very good. He gave us clear instructions how to self-check in, which were a little bit complicated, but that depends on a building. It's very good place to stay for one night in Cosenza, and it was easy to find a free parking nearby, although it might be more difficult in the full season. Good value for money
Room.was clean and comfortable. Near enough to the city centre but in a quiet spot.
