Super Host! Everything a traveler might need is available. Fortunately there were adapters for charging cell phone since I forgot mine at last accommodation. Caterina responded immediately to any questions I asked and provided links to places of interest. We were able to do our laundry which we appreciated. All kitchen necessities are provided including coffee, jams, olive oil, salt, dish ware and small appliances. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and nicely decorated. It is also convenient to rail station and historic center. I Definitely would stay here again.

The host is extremely helpful giving direction to her house. She made our stay very comfortable by giving us fresh flowers, free use of a washing machine, and free morning coffee.
Perfect location, quiet but close to the main areas, walking distance.
Home was very welcoming, Caterina had maps, timetables, recommendations and personal touches waiting for us which was lovely. The place had everything needed for a stay. Host was also very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Definitely recommend.
Excellent host - not met in person but permanent contact by whatsapp and great advice.
If you go like me by car, good location: outside ZTL and, as host said, very close to safe and cheap parking in train station.
