This property looks better than the pictures! Absolutely breath taking and the staff was very helpful.The breakfast had so much options of fresh and high quality meals.
The place is stunning, spacious bedrooms and decorations matching perfectly with the history of the place. The staff is much dedicated to make the whole experience amazing.
A plus, The concierge offered us a tour to Murano to visit a glass fabric - worth the experience.
One of the most beautiful rooms I’ve stayed in with 100 plus year old frescos on the wall. No need to visit museum. Staff was very friendly and helpful
I loved everything from my arrival to departure ! I rarely give reviews, but I truly believe this hotel deserve a great review ! The place was so clean and the building itself is speechless ! I also booked myself a regular room, but got upgraded (without even asking) to a suite. This truly means that they care about their customer and don’t hesitate to give them the best room available to them ! It was only 8 minutes from the train station which was great ! It was around 25 minutes to Piazza San Marco, but the walk is worth it ! Also, their restaurant is great ! The quality of the food and meal is above expectations. I will, for sure, go back there if I travel to Venice Again ! The staff are so helpful and really want to make sure you have a pleasant stay!
