The facility and cleanness are very good. But the communication with the staff is not so great.
Comfortable, homely, warm, clean, excellent location 5-10 mins walk from Rialto Bridge. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 7 of us. Plenty of space.
The location was very good. The property was spacious for our family of five adults. The person that met us was lovely and helpful.
