The location worked great for us. Easy walking distance. Close to restaurants and shopping. Grocery store around corner. Room is spacious as is the bathroom. We have everything we needed. Have to climb one flight of stairs.

Great location - 5 mins from the Ospedale water bus station that takes you within 40 mins to the airport. Quiet area with good offerings for eating out, small shops etc. Just 10-15 mins walking to Piazza San Marco.
Clean and modern room, toiletries, towels etc are available. The host was easy to reach via Whatsapp.
