Very comfortable apartment in the countryside. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equiped.
Very lovely place. We stayed some days in May and had a lot of singing birds around. We had the intention to be at the beach and see some pinots of interest (e.g. Gradara, Granarola, Parco Naturale del Monte San Bartolo), but found that also San Giovanni is a nice little village. The apartment is well equipped and Anita and her family were very kind hosts.
It felt comfortable, quiet, safe, view was great in the mornings
