The couple that rents this place was lovely!! They made sure to get to know us and welcomed us in like family. The location is pretty good! The bus stop is directly outside the house to get to the ferry station, center town, etc. It is a 8 minute bus ride into town or a 30 minute scenic walking route from the ferry station to the house. Busses stop at around midnight, so keep this in mind as well. We enjoyed staying in Venice Lido as opposed to Venice, because it was less crowded and calmer (not to mention the beach access was hard to beat, though a bit far from the house). Venice Lido is a 15 minute-40 minute ferry ride to Venice (depending on which part you are going to). The house was extremely clean and welcoming. There were lots of dishes and cooking supplies (including a washer, stove, coffee machine, oven, etc.). The house also overlooked the water, which was nice to watch the ferries go by! It looks just like the pictures and prettier too. I would recommend this place.
