Great location, easy to walk around La Spezia from here and the accommodation was spacious and clean. Andrea was extremely nice and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The best place to stay ever! Just like a home away from home kind of feeling❤️ Everything was perfection from the moon we landed and the host Andrea even came to pick us up from the train station! From the time we landed to the min we left, he was in touch with us, helping us with all our arrangements and great advice! The apartment is very very spacious and the most cleanest with a warm cozy feel! Having a washing machine helped a lot! Huge kitchen with all amenities as well! Very centrally located just a couple of mins walking from the port area as well as the main center. But the highlight for us was just the kindness of the host Andrea! We will definitely be coming back again here❤️🥰

Andrea, is the most accommodating host you can wish for! We met his Mother as she was putting on the finishing touches in the suite we were staying such a nice lady! The apartment is very large and airy, absolutely spotless! If you stay here you will be located in the heart of La Spazia walking distance to everything you could want. Andrea was there to answer any and all questions we had, we highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment!

So much space! It was so clean, you could probably eat off the floors 😀 Sandra and Andrea were prompt with their communication and so helpful with all our questions.
