We had an amazing spacious room with a well-sized private bathroom. The room was beautiful and directly overlooking the canal. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The location was great for exploring the city: perhaps a bit touristy, but tucked in a sidestreet that wasn't crowded at all. Honestly, the accommodation exceeded our expectations: it felt like a real historical Venetian building, there was a lot of space, and the value for money was great.

Location, decor, staff friendly. Price...reasonable.

It has a big room for 3 person's, very clean as well.

We really enjoyed our 4-night visit to Venezia and staying at this ground-level property. The best part was not experiencing negative surprises. Once we got off the train it took a short while trying to figure out which Vaporeto to board to take us close to Ca’Salicornia, but we did take the correct one. The Condo. was well maintained and equiped to enjoy our selves the short periods we spend there. Venice is the kind of place that you can walk for hours each day to find innumerable interesting historical sites as well as magical sights. Never a dull moment while exploring, therefore, it was a pleasure getting to Ca’ Salicornia to shower, get comfortable and relax in a quiet environment - By the way, you will not waste much time watching a TV there, because there isn’t any to be found ; )

The location was wonderful. We had a view on the water and the bridge. The room was exactly as u would have hoped, with nice decorated ceilings, lovely paintings, you feel like a Venetian!
