The staff! Matteo was so communicative from the time we booked until the day we left. He made recommendations to help with our arrival and arranged our water taxi and porter. He also shared fun facts about the city. Location was great too. We only had two days so the apt is very central to any part of the island!

Brilliant location, a short distance from all the main attractions but yet in a calm area. The studio was very spacious, comfortable, clean and had all that was needed for a perfect stay. Matteo was very attentive and professional, and the fact that we could schedule all of our water taxis through him was very helpful. The restaurant a few steps from our building was a super plus.

Elegant, comfortable and beautiful rooms, quiet location yet short walking distance to most important attractions. Comfortable bed. Incredible, outstanding management created a Whatsapp chat just for our stay and responded within minutes to every request and issue.

Nice big room. Very comfortable. Matteo and Paulo were really good with communication and were there for us at check-in. The kitchen was great, although we didn't realize the pots and pans were over the refrigerator and ended up buying a pan. It was a really nice place away from the tourists. Location is right in the middle of everything.
