I booked this as accomodation close to Imola circuit, just 30km. Location is perfect, among vineyards, with old tower nearby, close to Faenza, and only 50km from the sea. Views around are amazing.
Great breakfast, host has no problem to adjust to our time. He was helpfull and welcoming.
Accommodation, was as described on the website, and it is in a rural area just south of Faenza in Emilia Romano part of north eastern Italy. Easy access to San Marino and Rimini on the coast, as well as the Ferrari museums at Maranello. Richardo, who spoke very good English, was very welcoming offering a good Italian breakfast each morning, with choices of English tea or coffee. Also, he was very helpful with places to go and finding free parking, plus any other problems which may arise, as we weren't Italian speakers.
The property is set in lovely countryside vineyards and farmers fields all round. We loved the place and Riccardo the manager. He was very hospitable and helpful

A Beautiful farmhouse in a beautiful spot just outside Faenza. The rooms were big and nicely decorated, the bath was great and the hosts were warm and friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the dinner we ordered was superb. I hope to come back for a longer stay
