Super clean, spacious, great location. Easy access to water taxi with minimal walking. It is on the second floor with a narrow stairway- but worth the climb. Several bakeries and a pharmacy in sight. We felt very safe- even walking at night.

Fantastic location and great communication from the host. Very clean and comfortable.

Easy to get access to building. Free space to leave luggage before/after check out. Spacious apartment for 6 people, comfy beds. cool location. Washing machine was nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Location very convenient from Santa Lucia train station. Ca D’ Oro vaporetto stop is close by. Coop supermarket, McDonalds is near by as well. A good chinese restaurant Al Leon Doro and 1000 Cafe and Bakery with very good tiramisu is near. Canal with Gondola ride stop is just right beside the apartment building. Just note that if your group has people who have difficulty using the stairs. this property has NO lift and you need to take 3 flights of narrow stairs to get to the unit. Carlo sends all necessary details for self check in very promptly and all instructions are easy to follow. Since the property is located right beside the main street,it is a little bit noisy but we still had a good sleep.
