Location was exvellent. Easy access to st marks and doges palace and also the ferry to catch everywhere. The host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us manage things with our disabled family member. Nicola was extremely kind and thoughtful. Very good little grocery store only a few mins away. Great thing about the lication is that you can walk to many main attractions and restaurabts and shopping without having to catch a ferry. Loved the place!
Late check in, keys are in a box on the doors, the password we received by email prior to arriving. We artived at the premises at midnight. Easy to communicate with owners via WhatsApp, very helpful, reply quick. Great location 10-15 min.walk from the park, vaporetto, 20 min. walk to Realto bridge and St. Marco square, 3-5min from local caffes, restaurants, local store. It took us 30-40 min to get to Murano, including walk to vaporetto station.
5 min walk to Arsenal where you can enjoy mornung coffee with warm piece of focacchia or wrap with proschutto and feta in the cafee in nearby cafee.
