very nice apartment. the apartment is equipped with everything you need. For those who wants visit Grado in winter as we, the heating is working perfectly (which is not common in other apartments)
we are looking forward to come back.
quiet place, cleanliness, well-equipped accommodation
The owner of the flat is very nice and prepared all stuff, which we asked. Moreover it was more, as our expectation for our baby.
The flat is very clean and if you travel with children it is perfect solution.
Big shop is in the same house.

Good fish restorant in 5 min.
The apartment is great with spacious sleeping place upstairs, extra bedroom downstairs, comfortable living area with small but functional kitchen, and also a shower on both floors. The airco on both floors was really making it pleasant despite the heat in the summer. The swimming pool at a small walking distance as part of the residence was nice and we also used the tennis court.
A very friendly place. Close to the beaches, next to a supermarket and a bus stop. Contact with the owner without any reservations. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. 15 min walk to the center. The area is quiet and charming. I really recommend it and I hope to come back again.
