Being able to self check-in was awesome (rare in Sardinia)! Also dedicated parking is fantastic in Baunei where otherwise you're stuck parking on incredibly narrow streets.
The room was comfortable, clean, and the hosts were wonderful!! They gave some great ideas about how to spend my time in Baunei and had a binder full of information! The view from the room was a bonus!
The property was very clean, modern decoration with an authentic Italian twist. Restaurants were close by and the view from the room was spectacular. Free parking.

For two days the room is good, not very big but it’s enough. Also it’s like it the pictures and very modern. Great location for those who want to explore the Golf of Orosei.
