Great location. Close to the train station and metro. Couple nice restaurants downstairs.

Everything was great! The location, staff, room, balcony view, facilities. 5-7mins from Termini station and also close to the city center.

Within walking distance of Trevi fountain, and some great restaurants (La Famiglia) on nearby streets.
Bathroom was modern and SPACIOUS. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Coffee maker in the room. Cleaning staff were working hard to get the room ready when we arrived early. We only stayed one night but if staying longer they offered use of a common large fridge in the shared space. Laundromat down the street. Of the 6 places we stayed in Italy, this inexpensive had the best bathroom.
The owners were very caring and helpful. They made sure we were satisfied. The room was spacious and clean.
Apartment was in a building full of character, great location outside the super busy areas but conveniently located close to the train station which made arrival & departure very easy. It’s also easy enough to get anywhere, and easy to get around by bus too when we were too tired to keep walking.
Great bed, bathroom and shower were also very good.
Allan was amazing with his recommendations and prompt help when needed. We had a small issue with the aircon and Allan promptly fixed it all and was super easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
