It had everything that you needed for a perfect stay from good quality appliances, tableware and utensils to thoughtful touches like beach umbrellas for guests to use. There were 2 lovely beaches walkable from the apartment and 3 restaurants. Cagliari is within easy reach for Culture and transportation links. Villasimius about 25 mins drive away for more beautiful beaches and snorkeling
The apartment is lovely. Fabrizio and his dad are great hosts. They are very friendly and accommodating, and always happy to help. The apartment's location is very good: it's just a short walk via some stairs to the local, sandy beach (which has two beach bars and also has sunbeds for hire). The apartment's terrace also offers a nice view of the surrounding hills and of the local beach.
This is a very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished villa with amazing views. Owner was very helpful, happy to answer all our questions, even reserved a table for us in a local restaurant. There are many beautiful beaches in the area, two of them are walking distance. Local supermarket is well stocked. We visited before the main season, end of May, so some restaurants were closed Monday to Wednesday but in the main season starting 1 June most places would be open. We can’t wait to go back.
What a perfect apartement, well equipped, clean and new! The owner is very nice and easy to contact in case of questions about the house or environment.
The big bedroom has very good beds, not too hard, not too soft. (we didn’t use the small bedroom with two one-person beds)
Great outside furniture on a sunny terrace; 4 comfortable loungebeds and a dinner table with 4 chairs.
By stairs it’s only a few minutes to the beach. On 1,1 km (14 minutes walk) there is a supermarket, restaurant and bar (on the end of april it was open, I don’t know the openingtime during the winter month)
There is also a nice beach near the supermarket!
The kitchen has a dolche gusto coffeemachine, a microwave, washingmachine, a lot of glases, coffeecups and everything else you need.
We liked the blackbirds, blackheads, sparrows and swallows arround the apartement.
Good location but ideally would need car to get to shops, travel etc
