This flat is in a wonderful location to explore all of Palermo, and the view from the balcony is exceptional. The photos do not capture it. It is well cared for and extremely clean. The host is a very nice, personable, and helpful gentleman who goes out of his way for his guests. He gave us many suggestions not just for Palermo, but for all our time in Sicily. And when we had a last minute problem with a rental car from the city center, he appeared a half hour later to give us a ride to the airport. We feel lucky to have stayed here and to have met Massimo. We hope to visit again soon

Massimo is amazing host. We were having trouble finding the place, but he was very gracious and waited for us. He was super friendly and explained all of the sights and restaurants that were within walking distance, which there were a lot of. The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Centrally located, Capo House is perfectly situated to allow you to see all Palermo has to offer. The vicinity of the car park was a god send and the host was exceptional. He took the time to meet us, show us to the apartment and then recommended good places to visit and eat. The apartment was clean and comfortable with the most amazing views from the balcony.
