The receptionist Ana was very supportive and collaborative will come again for sure
The host was such a pleasure, gave great recommendations on food in different areas around the city. She was so kind and very accommodating
The location was walking distance from major landmarks, yet quiet and a little off the beaten path. The room was excellent, clean and cozy. Ana was a great host! She was super friendly and let us check in a bit early, we really appreciated that.
The location was great, right next to the Pantheon and walkable to the major tourist spots like the Spanish steps, trevi fountain, etc. The check in process was easy, we were sent very detailed instructions before we arrived. The beds were decent and rooms were quiet. Good closet space. The air conditioning was appreciated as it was quite hot when we visited.
This was our favorite hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. room was very comfortable and clean and this is a great location for wanting to explore Rome. Reception was also very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed. highly recommend!
