Perfect location. Great Wi-fi connection. Close to supermarket and train station. Stayed in the apartment during the end of November. The apartment was pretty warm.

Everything was great. Location and very clean apartment.
We spent 4 wonderful nights in Pescara.
The accommodation was very close to the beach and the city center. We stayed in the room with a little bit of sea view.
Clean, comfortable, equipped kitchen, towels, hygiene products, socket next to the bed, air conditioning.
We stayed in the room with gray little sofa.
Next to the bed there are two white chairs, not bedsides like in the pictures from Booking .
As a recommendation, the 2 bedside with storage space would be good.
It didn't bother us because we didn't stay long, but for a longer stay of 7-8 nights, some storage furniture near the bed is useful.
All in all, everything was ok considering that we enter the room late evening to wash ourselves and sleep.
The apartment's location is great, very close to the city center and to restaurants and cafes, in addition to being close to the sea. Domenico is very helpful. We were able to check in early and check out a little late. Domenico was always easy to communicate with. We really liked the apartment and its location, so we will rent the apartment again when we return to Pescara. 😀
