This stay is more like a pension than a hotel. There is a little shared entry room with a table and shared fridge (like a pension) and 3-4 rooms. It is very cute and the rooms and bathrooms are updated with modern features. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was the perfect stay for me. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I felt very comfortable and safe in this stay. The owner is very kind and responsive. Just be aware that you will need to send your passport over WhatsApp in case you are not comfortable with the security of that.
The property is definitly cute. There are a few rooms with an entrance area which everyone shares with a fridge. Rooms are spacious and beds are really compfy, bathroom is small but beautiful and clean. It is quite central with a lot of restaurants in walking distance. City center can be reached by bus easily. Totally recommend this property.

We like the place very much, comfy and convenient to go to the Cersaie fair, walking distance. coming from downtown is also fine with 1 line of bus.
