Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Spacious for couple. Good location. Tram stop Statuto is less than 5 mins walk. Penny grocery store is a few mins walk. All major attractions is half hour away by foot. Easy access to Tram T1 stop at Villa Costanza if travelling by flixbus to other cities. Tram T2 goes to Florence airport. Fully equipped kitchen.
Pretty compact and tidy apartment, perfect for a single or a couple. There is a little terraced space as well which is perfect to chill in a warm evening. The apartment is 15 Min walking distance from the station and 30 from the centre. 10 Min from the nearest shop. One of the best results found for Quality/price ratio in Florence. I was travelling solo and light, if you have lots of baggage you might need to hire a cab from the main station.
The host is pretty responsive to messages.
Spacious, well equipped, excellent value..host was always quick to reply to any questions.
