Clean, close to the beach, spacious. Host was very communicative.
Everything was as shown and described on Booking.com. Babs was quick to answer any of our questions, it was a pleasure to stay at Casa Cannoni, and we'll for sure go to stay there again if we go back to Messina. Loved the view!

Overlooking the sea it is an inspiring view at any moment of the day from the couch or the balcony.

Though I never met the owner in person, I know from staying in her lovely summer apartment, that she is very patient, helpful, generous and has excellent taste.
The spacious, spotless airy home is very thoughtfully equipped and the building ( with a lift) is very quiet.
The seafront road is beautiful and there are restaurants and shops.
The view is a delight and I was very comfortable.
It is vital to note that this apartment is in a gated area built on an extremely steep hill. If you are arriving by cab make sure your driver waits for you as you retrieve the keys from the lockbox and takes you through the gate and down the treacherous incline to the apartment building. S/he will have to wait until you get up to the apartment and use the phone-like intercom system to open the gate and let them out again. It will be less complicated if you are driving yourself. The environs of the apartment are not suited to pedestrians with mobility issues.
