Great apartment close to the sea, in a quiet residential area. Nearby in three minutes two supermarkets, a cosmetics store, and right across the street is a great local coffee shop, where every morning we drank the best Italian coffee in the world. The apartment has air conditioning and fans, which is important in the summer. The kitchen is well equipped but no dishwasher, comfortable beds and a nice big bathroom with a window. There is a washing machine, on the balcony everything for drying laundry. All restaurants are within walking distance both Sottomarina and Chioggia. Very responsive host, everything is clear and fast. Convenient check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed it! We would love to come back!

I loved the fact that it was close to everything and there was a bakery across the road where you could buy early morning bread or croissants for breakfast It had all the facilities you need when on holiday

Good location between beach and old town. Efficient air conditioning in kitchen and main bedroom. Washing machine in the apartment.

Comunicazione con Davide tramite whatsapp chiara e puntuale, casa pulita ed accogliente completa di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Posizione ottima sia per un soggiorno di solo relax al mare oppure come punto di partenza per visitare Chioggia e Venezia. Casa Davide super consigliata!
