The area is quiet and there are supermarkets. We liked our stay! Grazie!
For other travelers - The place is close to the metro station Gardenie. You can go from Gardenie station to San Giovanni - and then San Giovanni - Termini.
There is plenty of local shops near by and the tram was near by its easy to use. There is also a bus route but didn't use. The lady is super helpful and friendly. The property itself is specious and comfortable it also has everything you need
Location was quite good enough in perspective of silence in the surroundings.

Convenient with a direct tram line to central Rome, and easy train link + bus access. Apartment was nice and clean, full kitchen and bathroom and dining/living space. Lovely host.
