Great location for easy access into Rome by train with a beach just down the road as a bonus. Hosts were lovely and would happily recommend and use again.

The house is huge and comfortable and has everything for a wonderful stay in Rome. Parking is secure, wifi is good and the train station is really close by. I would book again.

The beach is 7 min by car and it is super long, so you will find your space for sure.
There is train station 🚉 2,5 min walk from the house.
It will take you to Rome ~30-40 min (3 stations).
All rooms has air conditioning so if it summer time, no problem.
It is 100 percent Italy style home, so you will like it!
