Everything was wonderful. You can't beat the location, the views, or the host. We were so happy to have found this little gem.
The location. Cleanliness, the host was amazing and very attentive to us and was available for any questions we had.
Owner was great. He met us at the train and provided a car to the unit
Varenna is a small town so I don't think there would be a bad location, but this apartment was only steps away from the ferry landing and very close walk to the train station, both positive aspects for us as we arrived by train and had intended to make extensive use of the ferry to explore areas around the lake. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people and had incredible views of the lake on one side and highlands behind us. The lake side view was included a floor to ceiling window pretty much as depicted in the ad. The host met us at the apartment and reviewed the facilities with us, and very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
Lovely property. Everything was clean and well maintained. Close the ferry was very nice.
