The host was excellent and very helpful. The apartment is modern and spacious.
Casa Fiorella was a very practical, beautiful and comfortable stay.
Very close to the train station, the house is modern, has everything one needs and the bathroom/shower is an extra plus! It is indeed better than the photos.
Massimo was always reachable, friendly and provided a lot of hints and tips that were very helpful.

Close to train station. Clean and recently remodeled. Massimo is an excellent host.
The location is very close to the La Spezia Centrale (the train station), 3-4min on foot. The apartment is very clean and has a nice, "intelligent" design and is also very quiet during the night!!
The best part is the shower. The kitchen has a powerful induction hob and a Nespresso machine. The entrance to the building is old and not pretty but the apartment is newly refurbished and very quiet from any street noise. Couple of small supermarkets around the corner and super close to the train station to travel to Cinque Terre.
