Carmine is a fantastic host and very very helpful, full of recommendations :)
Clean, quiet, and convenient location. The beds, including the sofa bed, we very comfortable. Santa Croce is not quite as busy as closer to the Duomo, but there is a lot to see in Santa Croce and it is a ten-minute walk to the Duomo.
The host was very communicative and we had a delayed arrival and he was very helpful and quick to respond.
Great communication from the host, Carmine, throughout our stay and she even recommended local restaurants and places to visit that really improved our stay. Great location which was walking distance from everything including the train station.
