Everything was very good, impeccable cleanliness, very good position, very polite and prompt host.
The location was very convenient, not far from the old town (5-10min by foot), yet in an area where it was always easy to park our car cheaply. The flat itself was nice and well equipped, and even though the bedroom was next to the street, it was rather quiet at night. Our host was very reactive, and for instance tried to help fix the Internet connection when we realized it was down. To apologize for the inconvenience, she even kindly brought us delicious patries for breakfast. :)
Mi è piaciuta molto la cordialità della signora Giusi, si è mostrata molto disponibile in tutti sensi. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata, che ho sbagliato di un giorno a fare il biglietto del ritorno a casa mia e le ho spiegato il problema chiedendole se aveva disponibilità, di un giorno in più che avrei pagato la differenza e mi ha detto che non c'erano problemi che non voleva nulla in cambio. Ripeto ancora una volta questo mi ha colpito tantissimo, perché sono un ex agente di viaggio e nessuno mi aveva mai fatto un regalo così, poi la posizione dell'appartamento è stupenda zona Molto tranquilla ma soprattutto molto pulita. Quando mi capiterà di ritornare a Lecce sarò una cliente fissa della signora Giusi. Appartamento super consigliato a tutti....
L’accoglienza e la disponibilità della padrona di casa sono state eccezionale ed eccellenti. Sono sempre pronti a soddisfare i bisogni degli ospiti e a sopperire ad eventuali problematiche. L’appartamento è in ottima posizione e al suo interno c’è tutto l’essenziale. Ottimo.
Буквально все! От радушных хозяев до чистоты и уюта апартаментов! До центра 10 минут пешком по красивой улочке. Рядом много магазинов и кафе. Город Лечче превосходен!
