I'd say this is one of the best apartments in Bologna:
Сomfort: spacious, spotless and well-equipped with everything you need - bed linen, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, etc. and even modern furniture;
Good location: plenty of cafes / restaurants / shops nearby. Just a 10 min. walk distance to the medieval old town and 10-15 min for central station with frequent high-speed trains to Florence, Venice, Milan and more.

Overall, a perfect place to experience Bologna - and beyond!
Can not recommend enough. The photos do not do justice for the apartment. It was exceptionally clean, neat and looks newly furnished and renovated. The beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious and also supplied all the amenities we needed including soap, towels and bottled water.
The apartment was close to the main centre, train station and great restaurants. We found the apartment very quiet when all windows were shut and loved how it had ceiling fans.
Elisa was lovely and extremely welcoming.
Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Svært imøtekommende verter, og superfin leilighet. Gode muligheter for å lage mat selv. Separat soverom med god seng. Ca 10 minutter å gå fra togstasjonen og 1,5 km å gå til sentrum. Vi hadde et behagelig opphold i Casa Mascarella!
Both the railway station and the city centre were of walking distance. The facilities and the equipment was fine, the rooms were spacious, size of the bathroom was OK
I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Casa Mascarella! The host, Elisa, was incredibly friendly and helpful—she responded to messages very promptly and was such a nice person. The apartment was clean, cute, and cozy, with everything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again every year when I attend the Bologna Book Fair! Highly recommended.
