The location is quiet, and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach as well as all the restaurants and shops. It also includes free parking which is rare in the area... I did a lot of searching!
Guiseppe was a fantastic host. Communication was very easy and direct. Any minor problems we had were solved within a very short time, great.
The flat was just the right size for the four of us. It is very quiet on the bedroom side, no noise at night.
You can easily park right outside the door and the city centre is about a 10-15 minute walk. It was great for us to be able to go for a walk after a rich Italian meal :)

Very nice apartment. There were only two of us, so it was very spacious.
Good location, about 10 minutes walk from anywhere in the town.
The road outside is very quiet, but wide and not busy (when we were there), so parking was very easy, and immediately in front of the building.
The owner and his local friend were very responsive to messages, usually replied within 5 minutes.
