In Venice it's important to rent close to the water, so walking to the boat bus is close.
Very clean, good wifi, supermarket and coffee close by.
Clean, easy access to everything we wanted to do on a quieter street with a market and restaurants steps away.
Everything Everything , especially the location casa Melissa, is the best option I recommend if you want to have the best experience in Venice
Great location and a super spacious apartment. Restaurant and shops and hot tourist spots close by. Water bus within a reasonable walking distance. Cristian’s was very helpful with any questions.

Our stay was just great. The apartment is very comfortable and well thought in terms of facilities. Located in a touristic but not overcrowded area which made our stay quite quiet.
