Super clean, very new, super cozy and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Meltemi in Bari! The apartment is not only beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, but it also offers all the comforts of a modern home, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds including the sofabed are comfortable. The apartment offers a lift/ elevator to carry the suitcases. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short, pleasant walk to the charming streets of the old town. Also a short walk from the train station. A special thanks to our host, Francesco, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and responsive. His local recommendations were spot-on and enriched our stay. Highly recommended if you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Bari!

This is the perfect rental property. Clean, bright and a smart TV. Communication with the owners was great and would highly recommend Bari and the surrounding areas

I liked the 2-separate bedrooms, the position and the building with elevator, very useful if you travel witk little kids and stroller.

Everything was great, excellent! Francesco - the host - is polite, attentive, responsive and accommodating. The apartment is very clean. It is modern, recently renovated, so you feel like in an apartment of maximum 3-years old. The balcony is a super cool addition, allowing you to spend time in fresh air. The location is RIGHT IN THE HEART of the city, next to the university and on a street full of restaurants and cafes. The windows are isolated so you don't hear a lot of outside noise. We were 5 adults and a small child, and yet did not have an issue with space.
