The house was very comfortable and clean, included all useful amenities to accommodate comfortably for 2 or 3 people. Special mention to the host who were especially helpful in both being available for check-in and providing a lot of advices on where to go in both Mondello and Palermo. Lovely experience there and we would gladly come back.

This child-friendly house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful location. It's cosy, clean, very nicely furnished and well-equipped with everything a tourist may need for their vacation (including air conditioning and WiFi). The host was very nice, kind and helpful. We had a minor issue with the WiFi and he fixed it straightaway. The closest beach is Lido Addaura but the village of Mondello and it's beautiful beaches are only a few kilometers away. Other facilities such as shops and supermarkets are available within a couple of kilometers range. Since public transport is not that reliable, having a car is recommended, which can be easily parked in the yard in front of the house. We spent a wonderful week there and, should we decide to come back to Mondello, we would be happy to return to Casa Perciata.

Peaceful location, very clean, everything that we needed.

Located at a quiet and nice place under the rocks of Mondello at the end of a dead-end street. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything ( tableware, doswashing liquid, washing powder, towers, garbage bags, etc.) Chiara the host was very helpful all the way trough from the time I made my reservation months before our journey until the end of our stay. Eg.: Her husband gave me a lift to the car rental office in Mondello so that I did not have to walk but basically no matter what I asked her about she helped. The terrace is gorgeus, comfortable and is in shades until late afternoon so you can relex there without being burnt by the sun. As mosquitos like to be there too I recommend to by a mosquito repellent ( the one which makes smokes). You need to know that nothing is a comfortable walking distance from the apartment so you definitely will need to have a scooter or car.

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Perciata and can recommend it to everyone. We were delightfully welcomed with a very reliable driver at the airport (and back) and our kid and we were enjoying our holidays in the appartment and terrace. It was well equipped and very comfortable.
