Appartamento perfetto, dotato di tutti i comfort, compresi microonde, bollitore, lavapiatti, internet. Piccolo, ma spazioso e pulitissimo. Giardinetto semirecintato con tavolo all'aperto, coperto da una tettoia, barbeque e sdraio. Accoglienza perfetta. Posizione ottima per il lago, bar, ristorante e minimarket.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, obwohl nur 200 m vom See entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn-Esszimmer mir Schlafsofa, eine moderne Küche mit Geschirr für vier Personen, Spülmaschine und großer Kühl-Gefrierkombination, das Bad ist mit Dusche( ebenerdiger Einstieg) und Bidet ausgestattet. Der Fernseher ist mit fast allen deutschen Sendern und Radioprogrammen installiert. Jede Wohnung hat einen separaten Außenbereich mit überdachter Sitzgruppe und Grill. Im Außerbereich gibt es einen Waschraum mit zwei Waschmaschinen, und das kostenlos :-) Das i-Tüpfelchen ist Mattia, der Verwalter, der ständig ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit ist.
Struttura immersa nel verde, ma allo stesso tempo comoda alla spiaggia di Pur e sono facilmente raggiungibili con delle bellissime passeggiate anche gli altri paesi che circondano il lago. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L’appartamento, spazioso e pulitissimo, è dotato di tutto ciò che serve per passare una vacanza impeccabile. Avendo anche un’area verde privata all’esterno è la struttura perfetta per alloggiare con il cane.
