This is a very smart condominium which has recently been refurbished as it all feels very new. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It feels very secure and the secure parking is very useful too. I'd totally recommend it!
Joli logement tout équipé, récent, climatisé et au calme avec jardin
- une partie de la pelouse où se trouve la table extérieure a été changée par des gravillons pour limiter les insectes.
- Commerces, centre ville et plages à environ 10min à pied en passant par le raccourci dans le jardin pour la descente mais impossible de remonter par ce raccourci car pas de clé pour ouvrir la porte de l'extérieur (il faut faire tout le tour, ce qui rallonge le trajet à pied surtout en montée).
L'appartement est super bien équipé, moderne et très propre. Le jardin est très sympa mais le temps ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter. La présence du parking était un plus pour le logement. J'ai eu un peu peur à la première montée (très raide) de la route mais on s'y fait très vite :-). Nous serions bien restés un peu plus longtemps.
Proche de Santa Margherita et de Portofino que nous avons rejoint par bateau.
Le petit jardin, le bbq, les équipements, la modernité de l'appartement. Emplacement très calme
