The most professional hosting company I have encountered in my years of traveling all over the world - for both work and leisure.
They were polite, courteous, communicative, responsive (even during the holidays, which I did not expect), and very accommodating. So many hosts and companies can get rude with guests, but not this host / company.
The location of this place was amazing, the place was very comfortable and nice.
They had a welcome grocery basket which was so helpful to us as we needed milk for coffee, etc. and everything was available in the starter basket.
Views for the New Year's Eve fireworks was from our terrace and simply fantastic.
Very safe and clean location.
The house is very, very nice, warm and clean with an amazing view. You have 2 bathrooms and 2 large beds in 2 different rooms (the rooms are not
detached. you go from one room to another). Except this two rooms you have a large kitchen, equipped with everything you need ( including a comfortable sofa) with an exit directly on a superb terrace.
You also have a living room equipped with a table, sofa, TV...with exit to the same gorgeous terrace.
Overall I don't think there is something missing in this house.....
Even if it's not mentioned when you booked, you also have good coffee there ♥️
The area is safe, without noisy people...you can really relax in this house...
The hosts (and the staff) deserve 5*. All the stars :)
They send me messages everyday to ask if we need something...Very respectful and caring.
They deserve every euro of the price you pay for booking.

This was a delightful split level apartment with fantastic views of Mount Vesuvius and the Bay. It was charmingly decorated. immaculately clean and well presented, and well equipped. Great air con too! Comfortable rooms, plenty of wardrobe space. We had everything we needed. Rosa left us a Welcome pack, which was so helpful as we arrived late and were able to make coffee etc. In addition, the Host, Rosa was so kind and helpful. We had a minor emergency and she really helped us. We also had a problem getting transport to our next destination and she helped us with that too. She gave us tips on where to go and how to get around the city from the apartment and really helped make our stay easy. We really appreciated her input.
The view was incredible. And the property was very clean and comfortable. Lovely outside space.
The location was perfect for us, high up so we could see the beautiful views of Naples plus a short walk to everything!
