The location is well-maintained and clean. The host was very gracious and helpful on all accounts. Several minutes away from the nearby beach and "il Mare" makes it a fairly good recommendation.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated apartment and very well stocked with everything we could have needed, (even coffee and a Moka coffee pot which was very welcome the morning after we arrived very late and were unable to get any provisions). The owners live next door and Givo especially was really lovely and welcoming, available for anything we may have needed during our stay.
When we are back in Pesaro we would love to stay again as it’s super convenient, a quiet residential area but very close to relatives and a short walk to the lovely beach and plenty of shops, cafes and bars in Baia Flaminia.
Everything, house fully equipped with everything, owner very nice and friendly, quiet place but not very far from centre
Everything was amazing. It was a spacious apartment where I had all I needed for my stay: wonderful fully equiped kitchen in a confortable living room, washing machine, full bathroom...perfect for a long stay. And apart from that everything was perfectly clean and organized.
The appartment is not in the center which is perfect to be able to rest in a calm and family friendly area after spending the day in the livefull city, but you can be there in less than 20 minutes by walk or 10 in bus. In 15 minutes you can be in the beautiful Baia Flaminia and there is a supermarket at 6 minutes and another at 12, all by walk. Its a small city and everything is handy.
The appartment is next to the main family house and the owners are absolutely lovely. They were so helpful at all times and I really felt welcome and safe there. The man that runs the booking was so nice too. Really, It was an amazing experience, I will definetely book this place if I come back.
The accommodation is in a very good location, quiet. Extremely nice hosts. Adequate, demanding accommodation in all respects.
