Very cozy apartment in a great location and at a low price. The host was super friendly, helpful, and communicative. It had everything we needed — washing machine, iron, etc. — which made our stay easy and hassle-free. Felt just like home.
Location was great, very close to historical centre, plus there are plenty of restaurants close by. The apartment was nice and clean, and communication with Antonello was very good.
The SOLIVA appartment,quite centrally placed în Palermo( all touristical targets at walking distance) proved to be a wise choice.
We dwelt a clean, spacious( for, 4), comfortable ( lift!),cozy ( homely decorated), luminous, quiet( when doors closed- see traffic on small street),well managed place to stay .Small kitchen and ( to be soon upgraded) bathroom were provided with everything anyone would require .
When Sg. Antonello writes " at your disposal", he mens it too! He is a professional: kind, present, well informed, efficient and discrete.
We felt at home.Thus: we recommend this vacation place,also in terms of offer/ price aspect,to anybody interested in the historically fascinating city of Palermo Sicily.

Comfortable apartment in a central location about 7 mins walk from Teatro Massimo. Nicely furnished with a balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The host was helpful and very responsive to all of our enquiries. There were essentials in the kitchen including tea, coffee, oil etc. Well supplied with crockery and glassware.
Kitchen and bathroom both quite small, but manageable.
De buurt was stil, belangrijk voor de nacht. De airco's waren stil en efficiënt.
De host was zeer vriendelijk, gedienstig en altijd bereikbaar en accuraat en snel om problemen op te lossen.
